Dr Grace O’Gorman Appointed as a new Trustee of the Society.
The British Society of Animal Science (BSAS) is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr Grace O’Gorman, Head of External Affairs at the UK Agri-Tech Centre, as a new Trustee of the Society.
Dr O’Gorman brings a wealth of expertise in agricultural innovation, stakeholder engagement and sustainable livestock systems. At the UK Agri-Tech Centre, she plays a key role in connecting science and innovation with practical applications across the agri-food sector, particularly in areas, such as animal health, climate resilience and precision livestock farming.
Her appointment comes at a pivotal time as BSAS continues to strengthen its influence across academia, industry and policy to support a sustainable future for animal science.
Dr O’Gorman commented:

Dr O’Gorman holds a PhD in Veterinary Science and has held senior roles across both the public and private sectors, with a consistent focus on delivering sustainable solutions through innovation and collaboration.
