Registration Notes

REGISTRATION

One completed form per delegate please, accompanied by the appropriate payment.  If paying on-line by secure payment please click on the above icon ‘Proceed to Next Step’.  If you wish to pay by another method then see ‘PAYMENT’ below.  A confirmation including receipt will be issued to all delegates.  

START AND FINISH TIME OF THE CONFERENCE

The conference is scheduled from 10:30 on Tuesday 24 April – 17:30 on Wednesday 5 25 April.  There will be as student programme on Monday at 14:00 hours (see below).

CONFERENCE FEE

The Conference registration fee includes the BSAS/ASF and AVTRW Proceedings. Registration for the discounted rate must be received by 11 March.

STUDENT PROGRAMME

All students attending the BSAS/ASF/AVTRW/WPSA Conference are invited to attend the Student day. Only BSAS/ASF/AVTRW student members will be entitled to the FREE Student package which includes the Monday/Tuesday programme, social and meal on Monday. Please join the society if you wish to take advantage of this package. Non-members can also attend this programme at a cost of £50 - see registration form.  Please remember to book accommodation for Monday if required.  If student members do not have funds to cover the cost of Monday night accommodation then please contact the BSAS Office.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is on campus, Newark Hall, single study ensuite bedrooms and just a few minutes walk from the venue. B&B ensuite.

MEALS

All meals and Conference Dinner are in the Jubliee Campus Atrium.  Lunch, tea and coffee are included in the conference fee.  The Conference Dinner is booked separately.

PAYMENT

We accept on-line payment using the following cards: Visa (credit and debit), Mastercard (credit and debit), Maestro, Solo and AMEX.  JCB cards are not accepted.  Payment  is in £ sterling.  For alternative methods of payment a pdf of the registration form can also be downloaded from the website.

CANCELLATION

30 days prior to the conference: 75% refund. Within 30 days of the conference: No refund. BSAS will not be held responsible if for any reason outside of their control the conference is unable to commence or curtailed early.

LOSS or DAMAGE

BSAS will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal items of the delegates, accompanying persons, or exhibitors or injury at Jubliee Campus, Nottingham.

CAR PARKING

FREE car parking is available for delegates on campus.

WIFI ACCESS

FREE Wifi will be available on site in certain areas of the campus.  You will need a network cable for access from your bedroom.

BSAS SUBSCRIPTION

BSAS Members may pay their BSAS 2012 Subscription together with their conference fee.  Non-members may also join the society via the Annual Conference Registration  Form and thereby take advantage of the discounted conference fee.  Please complete a Membership Registration Form and relevant membership information as requested.  You may pay online or a form can be downloaded from the BSAS website http://www.bsas.org.uk/about_the_bsas/become_a_member_of_bsas/
