The award is restricted to members of the Society who are presenting their first or second paper at the Annual Conference.
Two prizes of equal standing of £150 each will be offered, one for a theatre paper and one for a poster paper. In addition up to two highly commended in each category will receive £50 each. The award will be made for a contribution which in the opinion of the President best fulfils the following requirements:
